Hi Nitish, unfortunately I think Airtable forms only display the primary field for selection.

When I faced this issue, I ended up making the primary field a Formula field so that I could customize how it looked.

I believe there may be some third party applications that might help with your issue though, so it might be worth looking those up

An alternative way to show the linked record details on the form is using a 3rd party extension. Our Advanced Form for Airtable supports displaying the other fields, not just the primary field.
