Pricing not showing when opening .csv exported file

Hi,

I download a view from Airtable.
When I open it in Numbers, the “,” in the price disappear. For example, 15.95$ becomes 1595$

When I open it in Excel, it doesn’t read the csv and puts everything in one column.

How can I correct this?
