Question about "create missing select options"

Hello,

I’ve been trying to import a csv to one of my tables and I get a “… cells values could not be mapped” error - the error suggest that I should enable the “create missing select options” to fix it but the option disables itself every time I enable it. This leads to some blank cells on my spreadsheet. How can I fix this?
