Is anyone else seeing the Apply button in their filter conditions? It showed up some time this week but it's not in every table. This is annoying! Is there a way to turn it off?

Yes, other people are seeing this feature. It isn't clear yet if this is Airtable performing A/B testing or if it is a gradual roll-out of a new feature. In either case, based on similar situations in the baes, it probably isn't possible to get this feature turned off. You can try contacting support to provide your feedback on the feature change.

It comes and goes, but it's a useful feature, avoiding applying a filter while you're tweaking it. Also, it's helpful while testing automations based on a view.

We did not see this button until 9/10/2024. We all have mixed feelings about this.
I can't see how useful this A/B testing would be - it's not an option for to use or not to use it; I am forced to use it when the button enabled :).
