Why are the other fields hidden? Is there a way to rearrange them and not hide them?
The arrangement should be - Staff - Start Date - End Date - Leave Type - Leave Count

+20I think this format for the pop-up is taken directly from the view you're "expanding" the record on. You can rearrange the view to the order you'd like to show the fields within the pop-up.
Meaning that the format of the expanded record changes to the format of the view you're in.
If you'd like the view and the expanded record pop-up to be different, you could build an interface as these are more customizable.
