Requesting Help! -to find most efficient way to auto generate multiple rows in table

Hello!
I have an airtable set up that is grouped twice (By task group and task) with a set of tasks (say task 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) assigned to every client I have. Does anyone know of a seamless was of populating those 5 tasks everytime I have a new client? I am open to integrating with other applications too.
