Is it possible to have a shared view link expire or become disabled after a certain time frame?
I’d like to be able to automatically expire a link after a week or on a certain date, so I don’t have this link floating out there after the event date or whatever. For example, the form view should expire after the registration deadline. Is this possible?

Unfortunately not, but you can disable the link manually.

Hi there!
You can easily do this using miniExtensions. We’ve recently released the Conditional Tables and Views feature, which allows you to make tables and views in your portal inaccessible after a specific date. To use the portal as a shared view, you can bypass the login by setting up a single user and sharing the automatic login link with your users. Here's how to set it up:
- Add a date field to your users table and set up an Airtable automation to populate it at the start of each day, like this:
Once the automation is in place, create the condition to hide the tables in your portal when users try to use the link after the date you set:
Feel free to try out these features with a free account on miniExtensions. You're also welcome to schedule a free demo meeting with us.
