We’re having issues with “some” of our page designer blocks. When we create an output PDF from the block, some of the URL links are clickable, while from other blocks the links are not clickable. Also of note, ALL used links used to be clickable but then about 2 weeks ago we started experiencing issues.
I’ve recorded a little video showing the issue. I hope someone can help. We were just starting to get into the groove of our new system.

Already done. They acknowledged the receipt of the case this morning and said they have escalated ti their investigations team.

Inserting a URL field will NOT allow you to create a hyperlink. However, if you use a long text field, create the hyperlink within it, and add that long text field to the page designer, then it will correctly create the hyperlink.
