Someone has shared a base with me - how can I see it in my workspaces

I have a free account. One of my colleagues has her own account. She shared one of her bases with me via a link. How can I make this base show up in my list of bases and/or workspaces every time I login?

Looks like it needed to be shared differently, and the person who shared it did that and I see it in my workspaces now.
