Syncing directly from one base to another when adding functionality

Hi, I have a base I’d like to distribute to numerous people where they will have their own copy. When I add functionality to the base I’d like to distribute that functionality to them. The only way I see this happening so far is to distribute a new base and they copy the data over. They will all be using photos (reason why we are using airtable) so CSV imports/exports would not work.

Is there a way to either copy records from one to another WITHOUT zapier (these are NON technical people) or to distribute upgrades to a base easily?

OR is there a way for me to use zapier to distribute updates to the bases of other people???

What type of added functionality do you want to push out to your users?

Will users be adding or modifying any data in the bases themselves? Or are they okay with view only versions of the data?

If it is just new records, you should be able to do that with Zapier, or even with copy/paste.

If it is updates to records, or design changes to the base such as new fields, that cannot be done with Zapier.
