Is there any way to create a view with specific fields in Airtable, and sync it with Asana so that when a record is added to that Airtable view, a new task will be created in Asana, including those specific fiels from Airtable? I know a premium Asana subscription is necessary to add custom fields to the tasks. But does anyone know a way to sync these fields between both apps? Thanks.

You’ll need a third party integration service like Zapier or Integromat, but you can do it.

Thank you for your answer, Elías. I know it is possible to use Zapier to create a task in Asana when a new record is created in Airtable. However, Zapier doesn´t seem to be able to do two-way synchronization between specific fields (fields update) in both applications.

I knew the product, thanks for the suggestion.

A bit late to the party, but we've built a platform, Syncgrip, that 100% does what you're describing: two-way data syncing between Airtable and Asana with custom fields support.

It will keep Asana tasks and Airtable records perfectly aligned, so you can manage an Asana project entirely from AT and never worry about stale data...

Check it out here: https://www.syncgrip.com/

We're also on the Asana app store: https://asana.com/apps/syncgrip

And here's a demo on youtube (1min): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNlBwJc6Ev4
