I can not upload a record in Airtable using W5100S-EVB-Pico . Its support ethernet connectivity and uses micropython-urequests library to ‘get’ and ‘post’ data.

Can you supply more information about what you are attempting?
What URL are you sending your requests to?
What do the requests look like?
Is the Airtable API sending back any kind of response? If so, what is in the response?
