Hey community,
I wanna sync some customer data that I hold in Airtable with other services (poor man’s CRM kind off). My plan was to use Zapier to do some stuff when a customer row changes. Unfortunately this is not an option out of the box. Only for newly added rows and new rows in a view this works.
I already thought about manually ticking a box and have a view update on that checked box but the manual way isn’t really suitable here. When we have orders incoming on other tables the order count and sum on the customer is updated and sending updates in these cases would really be helpful.
I was wondering if anyone knows a smart way around this limitation to send updates to zapier on row changes.
I know I can always script something myself but Zapier is my most preferred way for it.
