We've been trying to connect with someone about our Enterprise account for almost 6 weeks in regards to a licensing change we want to make. I've had no response from our account executive, or prior account executive. I have not had need to contact either since early in the year and I fear they may no longer be with the company. I've opened a support ticket and emailed accountsreceivable@airtable.com 3 times begging.
We love Airtable, it is integral to our business, but this is border lining on insanity. I need to speak to someone about our account.
