hello, i just took a monthly subscription on airtable,I noticed that my account was switched to a yearly subscription without my knowledge or consent. I did not intend for this to happen and I would like to request a refund as soon as possible.

I'm very unhappy .

If I were you I would open a support ticket about this as that would guarantee a response from Airtable; forum members are mostly non-employees I'm afraid

When you're on the main page of Airtable you should see a "Help" button at the top right, and from there you can click "Message support"
