@Aasia
When a form is submitted from he/she. I want that Airtable to send a confirmation email for successfully submitting the form.
Hi @Aasia,
If you're looking for a confirmation email to yourself when others submit a form, you can toggle this option at the bottom of the form builder.
If you're looking for a confirmation email to the submitter of the form, you'll need to capture their email address in the form and then set up an automation in Airtable to send an email when a form is submitted. This is because forms may be submitted without the submitter being logged in or ever providing an email address.
Hope that helps!

Thank you for your reply. We are a Nonpropht organization and we send the form for Student to Register their self. when they submit the registration form that we create they aren't received a confirmation email. I mean the Submitter.
In that case, you'll need to ask for their email in a field on the form.
Then create a new automation in Airtable with the "When form is submitted" trigger like so:
Click the blue "+" button to use fields from your form submission in the recipient/email body/etc.
Hope that helps!

They are a new Student and they are finding our class registration link on our website. We don't have their name and email.

@Stephen_Orr1 Is there any option that when we create the form the submitter receives the confirmation email that they are registered themself?
You would need to create a new field in Airtable base called "Email Address" or "Your Email Address" and place this field on the form. You can get their email address by asking for it 🙂

Hi there!
At miniExtensions, we've created a third-party form that integrates seamlessly with Airtable making it easy to send emails automatically after form submission, without the need for an additional automation.
In the form settings, you can select the field containing the recipient’s email, the field for the email subject, and the field for the email body, which also supports rendering an HTML formula. This opens up many possibilities for customizing your emails:
