I have already entered the data for Plant Client 1 into Excel and imported it into Airtable. Now, I want to input new data for Plant Client 2 and Plant Client 3. How can I integrate all this data into a single database without overlapping the tables?

How do you mean "Overlapping the table"?
Would you like them merged into one table? You could add a tag to each client for grouping them later.
If you're worried about duplicate records, you can use the dedupe extension to merge data.

Try exporting it as a CSV and importing it with the CSV: https://support.airtable.com/docs/csv-import-extension
That'll let you add records to an existing table

To efficiently integrate data for Plant Client 2 and Plant Client 3 into your existing Airtable database without overlapping tables, you can use Airtable's Linked Records and Multi-Table Views. By creating separate tables for each client and linking them through a central database (such as a Clients table), you can consolidate all data while maintaining clarity and avoiding overlap.
