How to import CSV to existing table and merge based on two or more fields?

I want to add/update an existing table with a new CSV file.
I used this article: https://support.airtable.com/docs/csv-import-extension

It was perfect till the point that I had to choose only one field under "Merge with existing records".

How can I merge based on two or more fields?
