Hello Airtable Community,

For this particular task, I need to audit hundreds of pages and I want to link those pages in this task. I have a tab for our URL master list linked in the affected URL column. 

Is there a more efficient way to do this rather than adding the affected URLs manually? 

Could you try:
1. Copy all the text from that "Task Name" field
2. In your table with the URL master list, create a view that only displays all the records that need to be linked to this task
3. Click the field header of the linked field to your original table so that the entire column is selected
4. Hit CMD/CTRL+V to paste

This should do what you want I think

  1. Create a view filtered to only show the records you want to link
  2. Create a separate table with the task(s). 
  3. Automation linking records within said view


    Have used this workaround a number of times.
