At the free tier, we limit users to 1,200 records/base. Please see our pricing page for more details!

Thanks for the clarifications!

What about on the paid plans? Is there a maximum limit that AirTable is able to support? Like is 1 million records too much for AirTable to handle?

Was there any update to this question?

Is there a good way to tell how many records you’re up to across all the tables?

You can do up to 500,000 records per base on the Pro plan. Enterprise is only tested up to 100,000 records per base.

Yes. Go into your account settings from the workspace dashboard and you can see how many records are used per base as well as who counts as billable collaborators.
