Sync Error using Interface

Hello everybody,

Is anybody having a "sync" issue while on Interface view?
We have a base with around 2.5K records and lately we've been having very slow load times and randomly getting this error when editing a field:

An error has occurred
Sorry, your base is out of sync with our servers. Please check your network connection.
Refresh the page

And it goes to delete whatever was on the field.

I've tried contacting support but I don't seem to be able to get through the robot.
Any help would be appreciated.
