Can Airtable Webhook watch for comments added to records in a table?

I planning to make a service that pushes airtable data on changes, including comments.

Is is possible to watch for comment changes via Airtable webhook? It is not stated in the doucmentation explicity, so I would like to clarify. Thank you.
