Airtable has a history of taking a few days to roll out new features to all users, and then announcing the change after the rollout is complete (sometimes several weeks after).
At other times, a change is only partially rolled out in A/B testing, and only some users ever get the feature. But this looks like something that eventually everyone (at least in pro and higher workspaces) will eventually get. Time will tell.
