Is there an integration available that allows edits made to contacts in Outlook to be automatically replicated in AirTable and vice versa?

+33Yes, you can use Integromat to monitor for edits that are made to contacts in Microsoft 365 People, and then apply those changes to Airtable. (You can do this with other automation platforms as well, but Integromat is my personal favorite.)
Similarly, if you make a change to a contact in Airtable, you can send those changes back to Microsoft 365 People:
