+1hi everyone. Is anyone have tried to use chatbot to retrieve a specific record in airtable based on condition?
my use case is to check current points using ID number. Chatbot will ask the ID Number and chatbot will check in Airtable to find that specific ID and return its current points.
Not sure if i can do it just using API or I need a third party platform to do this.
