Need help building a base. I don't have time

Here’s what I want to do.

  1. Export our entire CRM database (a subset of the data) to Airtable
  2. In Airtable, I want to monitor the DB for specific birthdays (e.g. 30th, 55th)
  3. When a DB member is within 30 days of one of those (or other) specified birthdays, using Zapier, I want to create an activity in our CRM. (I already have built and tested a Zap that will do this, but it may need some fine tuning.)
