Hi! Is it possible to create an approval from the form → gallery view automation?

we want to embed airtable gallery view in our website. people can submit a form but we want to review the submission first before adding it in the embedded gallery view.

workflow should be something like this:
submitted formnotify admin to review answers, disapprove/approve for the info to be added in the airtable gallery/grid view → to be added or not in the gallery/grid view, and to have a archive of disapproved submission**

Thank you so much. appreciate your help!

Welcome to the community, @Janica_Solis!

Sure, when a user submits the form, create an automation that emails you about the newly-submitted form. Then, have a checkbox field or single-select field that you can modify to indicate “Approved”. Then create a gallery view that is filtered to only show you “Approved” records. Embed that view on your website.
