How do I add risk management into a project? For example: I have a timeframe, and assign a risk, which gives me a pessimistic and optimistic view of time padded onto the start/end date. I’ve seen this in other tools, where it changes the color, so the center block is assigned, to the left is optimistic, and right is pessimistic.
