What am I doing wrong???
Trying to delete 18 empty records
+17Are you trying to clear a cell value or delete a record? They are two different actions. What method are you using (regular user interface, scripting?)
The error message sounds like you are trying to clear the cell value of a computed field, which you cannot do. What is the field type of the field in question?

trying to delete empty records after cutting 18 rows, Mixture of cell types.

If you select the records by ticking the box on the left side of the record, then right click, you can choose Delete record. Does that do the trick?
