Airtable query behavior when multiple results are available?

Hi,

I’m searching for more information about the behavior of AirTable’s Queries when multiple results are found.

I have a scheduled Task in Zapier to find the next element to process and process it. With the current test data I have in AirTable, the query would match for 10 rows. My query in Zapier is pretty easy, I just search for rows that match a given “Category” Tag.

Naively, I expected it to pick the first one (top-most). But it picked number #5 or something. I can’t understand the logic behind this. The table has no sorting applied and it has an integer autoincremented primary key.

I haven’t found anything in the support base yet. Has anyone an idea?
