I am using airtable for tracking in food production and to have it simple we want to be able to make change in one simple tabel. but I want to be able to see the history of changes for more than a year. Is there any way to store history of changes in another field or table?

Yes I have but issue is that history of changes will only bee store for 1 year on the pro account but I will need to be able to see it for longer time.

Okay. To do that you need to build an off-service system that uses the API to snapshot the data in all your bases and tables.
