Populate a field with a selected list of values by searching for a string in another field

Hi, community,
I want to auto-populate a ‘Company Name’ field using a pre-defined list of company names.
The automation should be based on searching one of the company names in an ‘Abstract’ field.
Moreover, I’d like to have the freedom of editing the ‘Company Name’ field before/after the automation runs.
How can I do it?
