Hi there!

Quick question: If a recipient of an automated email from Airtable (sent by Airtable mail server) clicks on the "unsubscribe" link, will his/her email address be "blacklisted" for all automated emails from that Airtable base or is this specific to the automation which has executed the "send email" step?

Cheers!

If a recipient of an automated email from Airtable (sent via Airtable's mail server) clicks on the "unsubscribe" link, the email address will be unsubscribed or "blacklisted" for all automated emails sent from that specific Airtable base, not just the specific automation.

This means that once they unsubscribe, they will no longer receive any automated emails from any automation within that base. If you need the ability to manage unsubscribes more granularly (e.g., by specific automation), you might need to handle email sending through a third-party service like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or a similar platform that offers more detailed unsubscribe management.
