Can't see entire text in Survey Form

Created a survey form with a single select option. The options are long and I can’t view the entire text. Is there a workaround to this? Thanks.

    We currently have a limit of 120 characters for a single select field option in a form view. My apologies for any inconvenience this will cause your workflow.
