We run across a lot of use cases for our clients, but we also use AI in-house. Here are some ways that we leverage AI in our agency:

  • Delegation: Reviewing call recordings and determining what next steps are for the team and the client
  • Proposals: reviewing calls and ensuring we are covering all of the requirements in our proposal
  • Content Creation: Keyword and phrase analysis, and setting intentions of what content would best answer these keywords and audience
  • Communications: Creating workflow briefs, responding to emails more professionally, etc.
