I am using a Free account right now and have a fairly simple automation where every month, if a record as Due Date in the past, the Benefit Interval is 1 I want to update two fields. I want to update the Due Date to the next month, and change the Status to “Unused”.

I have successfully tested and run this when there is a single record that meets the criteria however when there is more than one record it errors out. Here is the one that works.

However when two records meets the Find Records criteria and get the error “Received invalid inputs.” Works like a champ for a single record update, just not multiple

You will need to add a “repeating action” underneath your “Find Records” step in order to loop through your found records.

Then, you will need to change your “Update Record” step to pull the Airtable Record ID from the “current item” of the repeating loop.

Hope this helps!
