Hello, I copied a database from another account, it worked perfectly (almost), the forms followed well, but the automations did not follow... and that was the most important thing for me. Did I make a mistake?

No, you didn't make a mistake; it's common for automations not to transfer when copying databases between accounts. This is because automations often rely on account-specific security settings, unique identifiers, and external integration credentials that aren't included in a database copy. You'll need to manually recreate each automation in your new account, carefully documenting their triggers, conditions, and actions from the original setup, and re-establishing any third-party connections.

When you copy an Airtable base, automations don't transfer over. This is normal - Airtable blocks them for security reasons since they often contain private information like API keys or email addresses.

You'll need to rebuild the automations manually in your new base. If you can still access the original base, take screenshots of each automation to help you recreate them. Everything else copied correctly - just the automations need to be set up again from scratch.

Can you get read-only access to the base?  Once you have that you’ll be able to duplicate it with the automations included
