Can anyone help me with my weekly automation to make sure all of my products from my latest product list are listed in all tables? I need a code for this: I want to check on airtable that my “inventory live”, “stock evaluation”, and “cost evaluation” bases, all include the latest products from my table: “latest product info”.

Hm, you mention both tables and bases in your post, and so I’m going to break my reply into each

For tables,  you can do this with a scheduled automation with a Repeating Group and a Conditional.  I’ve set it up here for you to check out

And here’s how the automation looks.  The idea is to:

  1. Use a ‘Find record’ to get all the products from the Product List table
  2. Use a ‘Repeating Group’ on the found records
    1. For each of these records, use a ‘Find record’ step to see if it exists in ‘Inventory Live’
    2. If it doesn’t exist, create it

And you’d just duplicate this for each table you wanted

If they’re separate bases entirely, then I would suggest using the syncing feature instead to keep everything updated:

https://support.airtable.com/docs/getting-started-with-airtable-sync

You’d sync the Product Live table to the other base, and in that new base you could create new fields to manage the workflow there
