Hi All

I created a form for my drive team.  The form information has start time, end time, etc.  The form information goes into my master spreadsheet.  The team members do not have a paid AT account - Only I do.

Is there a way that the information on the form that goes into my spreadsheet could be automatically emailed to the user that submitted the form to me?

If you can get them to make Airtable accounts (free ones), you can toggle on the function to allow people to request a copy of their responses, which will handle this for you automatically:

If not, you can try adding a new field for users to key in their emails, then use an automation to send the information to that email address

Thanks for the information.  I am testing that now.

Thanks so much for the help.  I would add to the solution:  You will need to generate a new link for anyone that was using the form prior to making the above changes.  🙂
