Hi! I need some help, we have a team of people who are linking their gmail accounts so we can send email automations through their personal gmail accounts. I have the automations set up and each team member is going in to link their accounts. Four of the team members were successful, but two people are having issues.The drop down to add their account is not available (greyed out so they can’t click it and add their account). Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

Hm, could you provide a screenshot of how that looks? Could I also confirm that they have Creator access to the base?

+4I thought everyone was set up with the same level access, but I checked those two people did not have creator access. So that was the issue. Thanks!
