Make Automation: Google Sheet data do not appear on Airtable

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hello, I have created a Google sheet -Airtable integration through Make. Althought the scenario is successful and the data is fetched correctly, the results do not appear on Airtable. I have run it before and had worked.

Can you please help me on what might be wrong?

Thank you

Hey @Kelly_GST

First, I would recommend checking whether the data being fetched from Google Sheets is correctly mapped to Airtable fields. Sometimes, small changes in field names or data types can cause the integration to work incorrectly.

Also, verify that the Airtable base is set up correctly to receive new data, and the correct API keys are being used.

If everything looks fine there, try checking the Make.com scenario logs to see if there are any error messages or warnings during the Airtable action.

Could you provide some screenshots of your Make set up and the history of a run that was successful but didn’t write into Airtable?

We will need you to post screenshots or a Loom video of your problem, in order for us to troubleshoot your issue.

Remember that if you renamed your fields in Airtable, you’ll need to refresh your Airtable modules in Make to get the new field names and then remap them in Make.

Additionally, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.

I also give live demonstrations of how to use Make in many of my Airtable podcast appearances. For example, in this video, I show how to work with Airtable arrays in Make.

Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld
