The Send SMS App only works when I use the primary number under the Twilio Account Info Section But I have a second mobile number in the same Twilio account under my other Active Numbers that I want to send from but When I change the number in Airtable send sms app sending fails. I tried Creating new API Credentials but that didnt work or I dont know what I am doing there - there was no option to select a particular number,  and I cant find Auth Token and SSID for the number I specifically want to send from. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  

There has got to be an easy way to fill an Adobe PDF form with an Airtable record.It honestly sounds simple to me and I can’t find a solution (so I guess it’s not simple LOL).  I should be able to map fields from airtable to the fields on the existing pdf form and press a button to put the airtable data on the pdf form. Done. I’ve been messing with this for days now looking for a simple solution.  Fillout offers a complex solution and I’m struggling to overcome the learning curve.  Fillout forms are max two columns and it just doesn’t look good to me.  I like the way airtable forms look, the the functionality is limited.  For example why doesn’t a button exist to “SUBMIT and email a formatted copy of the data”? Currently, our staff is using an airtble form to enter data into the table.  Works fine.  But thennnn, someone has to physically enter that data from the airtable table into an existing pdf form.  Very time consuming and mistake prone.  Cut and paste or retype 50 fields.  We dea

I have a transaction table that is collecting post information through a serverless function. When I get those transactions, I want to run an automation that will look for am email address and, if found, update the contact record, if not found, insert it. I need an Upsert. Is there such an animal in Airtable?

This is kind of complicated and I’m not sure if it will be possible, but here goes. I’m trying to automate data entry for each record I create in my Project table. What I have set up now is a Long Text field called “Paste” where I paste the contents of an email, and several field agents that comb through the text of that email to fill out fields like Project Name, Project Type, Notes, etc. Each email contains the name of several people associated with the project’s production team: directors, writers, and producers. I have a separate table that is a Master Contact List of all the names that have ever been entered, and in my main Project table, I have a linked field called Production Team that links to the Master Contact List. Multiple linked records are allowed so that multiple people can be logged in that field in the Project table. Right now, I have to manually enter all the names. Hi everyone 👋I’m running into an issue with an Automation setup and was wondering if anyone else has dealt with something similar.Context: Trigger: Webhook (connected to a form on my website) Action: Google Docs: Create doc Problem:Sometimes the automation fails with the following error:The contents contain unexpected formatting that cannot be convertedIt doesn’t happen every time, only occasionally, which makes it hard to debug.Has anyone experienced this with the Google Docs integration? Could it be related to certain formatting coming through from the form/webhook payload? I’m looking to backup all the data in my base and I saw you can do it by automation but I’m not sure how. I don’t see download files as an action, would it need to be done as a script? Ideally I would like this to download into SharePoint but if it downloads locally and I have to upload manually to SharePoint that is fine.

I’m running into a strange issue. I have a table of records that I filter by ‘Created date’ before passing it into “Generate text with AI.” At this AI stage, I’m just filtering entries where the Source is a scientific source (peer-reviewed papers, preprints, PubMed, etc.).This used to work perfectly. But today the output only contains 1 row, even though my input table has more valid entries. If I feed the AI a table containing only the two Nature entries, it correctly outputs both. But when I pass in the full table (with more rows from other sources), it only outputs one Nature entry. Hi fantastic people, I am struggling with an automation.  I basically have one base that I have synched to my main base, certain rows. I then want these rows from the synched view to populate onto my main table. I have managed to get the event name to populate over but the dates do not. I have screen shots of each step below. Any help would be great.  This screen shot you can see the Main Sub Task populates to the Topic fine. I then want the Main Start Date to populate to the Enter Start Date and the Main End Date to the Enter End Date.  This is the actions part which fails: This is the update record part which is successful So I am not sure where I am going wrong with these dates.  Thank you

Hello,Is it possible to update multiple records from information in one email?I know I can use the “When email received” trigger to create a record and extract the body of the email into that record. However, I sometimes receive emails with information that belongs to different records in Airtable.Initially, I receive an order confirmation. Hi there, I’m trying to set up an airtable automation to update an existing record in a table “new members” after that member submits additional information through the airtable form I’ve embedded on my website. The form is set up to automatically add their Memberstack ID to the new submission so I can match it to existing records and use this to update them but I cannot get the automation to work as it seems to be based on the Record ID field, not Memberstack ID. I'm trying to set up an automation so an email is sent out to a client when their video's status changes to CLIENT REVIEW. Specifying that wasn't a problem. However, when testing it, I keep getting an error message that the To field is empty. I've mapped it to a field containing an email address, and specified the exact record to use set to the correct Status, but keep getting this error. The token is set to pull the Value. I've tried the other options but get the same (non) result.How do I get this to work?Thanks

I am pulling in data from a webhook to create entries.  I need to prevent entries from being created if they already exist.Is there a way to use the Find Records and Conditions to prevent this from happening?If so perhaps there is a guide somewhere?  This is a very confusing part of Airtable imo.

Hi Community, I have an issue with an automation - I have created this, so that when a new organisation is added, they automatically get added to my H&S Declaration table - however everytime I turn the automation on it creates a random selection of additional duplicate records in the trigger table (Organisation)? Any pointers on what I am doing wrong? Thanks

Hi Everyone,I pay people through Airtable for piece-rate work. On the backend, the data is organised by tasks and by day (e.g. Task 1, Task 2, Task 3 – Monday; Task 1, Task 2, Task 3 – Tuesday, and so on).There’s a button that lets me “Email Payslip,” but when I use it the PDF that goes out to employees ends up jumbled. The tasks are out of order (for example: Task 3 – Wednesday, Task 2 – Tuesday, Task 4 – Monday), which makes the payslip confusing and hard for employees to read.Does anyone know how I can fix the output so the payslip shows the tasks in the correct order?Any help greatly appreciated   

I've a table that generates records through the Airtable built-in form. Each record comes with an ID from an external software. The ID is connected to accounts in this external software, so account 1 could have ID: 123, account 2 could have ID: 1234. What I want is to prevent the same ID appear more than once in the table. In other words: When the form has been submitted and the record has been created, I want Airtable to not delete, but make the user aware of the duplicate in the table. Is the above mentioned possible with an Automation? One think I want to mention is that I can't create an Automation for each ID since we have more than 100.000 IDs (accounts) in the external software. 

I am setting up an automated email and want it to go to the email (will be multiple emails) from a lookup field that has the email address in it. When inserting the Data from the Record and selecting the property that has the emails in it, it gives me options. I can not get any of them to work! The error is that the “To” input is empty. Hello all, I am new to airtable and here is my problem: My database has few automations that run weekly (separate times and days). I would like something like a calendar, where I can monitor at any point if any of the automations ran and if it produced a changed output (its not always expected to). I have tried using the timeline and calendar interfaces, but those are based on fields and not automations. Have I missed something, any advice on how I can visualise what I am looking to do?Thank you

I have set up an automation to email myself and my coworker when a new marketing task is submitted through our airtable.Currently I have it set up with me in the to address field, and my coworker in the CC field. When the automation runs, it sends me a duplicate email, and my email is copied into the CC line. I initially had both of us in the To line, but then it would copy both emails to the CC line and we would both get a duplicate email.I've reset the triggers and retested multiple times, and I cannot find a fix for it.
