Hi all, is there a way to integrate QuickBooks Online Plus with my Airtable workspace and bases? If there isnt already an existing integration, how do you get around it to sync with each other?

Hi everyone,I'm helping out with the technical logistics of an in-person event. I've set up a contact database as a Base and configured an automation that triggers an email to send when the record's status updates from "pending" to "invited." The automation includes a prefilled link to Typeform which is generated from a formula (and that in turn syncs back to the base). Happily, all these aspects work fine 🙂The only unexpected hitch I've encountered is that the automation seems to have trouble passing well-formed HTML over to the sender (in this case Google Workspace. Hi there, I want to send HTML emails from AirTable using the Send Outlook Email action in Automations. I need them to contain embedded images with external links and a call to action button at the bottom. Please can someone tell me if this is possible and if so how?

Hi, I am trying to construct a daily email to summarise data. I have all the data I need, but I cannot get the email to structure correctly. I have used HTML to make a table for the data, but when the email sends the formatting is awful. I’m looking for a way to get the table to display correctly, does anyone have any ideas? Ideally I want the table to sit in the white space with the other text I have attached a copy images to show the issue and what the raw form looks like

Is it true that Airtable is fairly limited in its ability to allow you to use HTML formatting for send email? Is the solution then to have to use SendGrid or another service that could help out with email automation?

Hey everyoneRan into something interesting and not sure what is going on.I have a table called assignment with a Start Date and End Date field that are used for Date dependencies and to calculate duration.I have an Interface button called runs an automation. In that automation is a script that will use the End Date of the record, calculate a new start date (which is one day after the end date) and a new End Date (which is 3 months after the new start date).I have another script later in the automation that will duplicate the record and insert the new start and end date into the Start Date and End Date field for the duplicated assignment.Interestingly, the Duration is not updating when the new dates are added.In the attached image the, the top record is the source and the bottom record was the duplicate created by the script.I created a test formula to calculate the works days to validate what I am seeing. Hello!I am currently working on a form and want the ability for individuals to make multiple selections and get specific emails depending on their responses. For instance, we have 3 trainings with their own Zoom calendar invite that individuals can select on the form. Lets say Jane picks Training 1 and Training 3. We have an automation to send Jane an email that contains a Zoom calendar invite for Training 1 but want an automation that will also send her Training 2 in the same email. Is that a possible automation? Or is there a different way to do this? My organization currently cannot connect Zoom to our Airtable so that isn’t a potential solution unfortunately.  Please let me know your thoughts or if you need clarification on anything!

I have an automation that sends students an email thanking them for being a part of a short-term trip with the school and I was wondering if Airtable or an extension that I do not know of, could track the engagement of the student on if they opened the email, or if they clicked on a link, etc. I want to make sure that the email is the most optimized to get the most survey responses possible!

Hi! I need some help, we have a team of people who are linking their gmail accounts so we can send email automations through their personal gmail accounts. I have the automations set up and each team member is going in to link their accounts. Four of the team members were successful, but two people are having issues.The drop down to add their account is not available (greyed out so they can’t click it and add their account). I’m trying to automate period assignment in Airtable and want to check whether I’m missing something or if this just isn’t possible without scripting.I have a Periods table where each record has a Start Date and End Date for a 13-period fiscal year. In other tables like Orders, Packaging, and Transfers, each record has a single Date. What I want is for a record to automatically link to the correct Period when it’s created or when its Date is updated, based on whether that Date falls between the Period’s Start Date and End Date.I haven’t been able to find a native way to do this. Automations don’t seem to allow comparing one date field to another date field, Find records can’t evaluate date ranges using the triggering record’s Date, and rollups and filters don’t allow referencing parent record fields. Because of that, the only options I can see are manually selecting the Period or using a script.Has anyone in the community has found a native way to automate date

I’m wanting to automate posting of Slack messages using the Block framework, to simply have a nice  URL button, but when I submit even example code pulled from Slack’s API docs, the code simply posts as text, the blocking doesn’t seem to apply.What am I missing? Is there something either in Airtable or Slack to turn Blocks on? 

Very new to the platform and I’m getting a little tired of my AI support running me around in endless loops…I am trying to build a table that extracts a number of metrics out of my data through a series of rollups.  I would like this metrics table to auto-populate based on the name field, so that each individual in my database has their metrics pulled in. Right now my trigger is When a record matches the conditions-->Name is not empty;then a Find Records step aimed at my database table, based on the condition Where Name is exactly Name--->make a new list of… ID;and last is an Update record step aimed at my Metrics table Airtable record ID, using the field Shifts (linked) - which is a field in the metrics table that is linked to the data. We have 800+ bases, each with several automations, and each automation can be sent to any number of recipients based on the project type.  They are primarily external to our org and non-AT users.  I’m trying to find a concise way to audit those email addresses to ensure they are still current and relevant. Can anyone give me any idea of a way to download/query/export this data without querying each base individually?Thanks

I want to look up certain related Procedure Records in my “PNP” table, then I want to add all the related Procedure Records to one field in every Work Record in another table. SO: Triggers: Possibly every time a Work record is created? or on a time schedule? Hi all,I have 2 connected fillout quizzes.The first is set to create a record, which is working fine.In the end screen, I have a URL button linking to the next quiz.The second quiz is set to update a record, but in the results, it creates a new record.I add an ID in the URL parameter for both quizzes.Where do I go wrong, or what am I missing in the process?

I want to create a signable form using some fields from my base. I want to insert an image at the top of the form, then a bunch of text from a .doc, then the signature field. How do I do that and what level of subscriptin do I need. I’m currently on free. This form will be sent to 28 unique email addresses.

I am doing a hiring and searching for jobs database. I have made the form for everyone involved but would like for them to be able to change their availability status after having submitted the form. Is that possible? I haven‘t upgraded my subscription, I am still using the free version. I am new in airtable, still trying to figure it out if it is the answer for what I am looking for before I start paying.
