Hello, I've built my site and linked my forms from the backend and captured in AirTable perfectly. This forms contain data from buyers/sellers landlord/renters(property field), I want to know if Omni can assist me in creating a matching feature so I can link buy-sell or landlord-renter requests that come in with certain perimeters which then matches and creates a new set of data, that i can follow up with. Is this possible?

Can any kind soul assist me on this please? tq in advance

Airtable alone can do basic matching using linked records, views, and formulas, but it’s limited when it comes to more dynamic or fuzzy matching. If your matching criteria are simple (e.g., same city, budget range, property type), you can use filtered views or automations to pair records and create a new “match” record. If you're referring to Omni (by Airtable). Yes, Omni AI can assist with identifying potential matches if given the right prompts and access to your base. For more advanced matching logic (like scoring, prioritizing, or fuzzy matches), you might want to use AI extensions, Airtable Scripts, or external services like Make.com or a custom matching algorithm that reads your data and creates links back via API.

Hi HashLogics, yes, the areas to match are similar as they contain almost the same data when a user is filing the form out be it for buyer-seller or landlord-renter. How can I use filtered views or etc like you’ve mentioned? I’m worried if i simply do things in my base I might mess up the current data pull from my form-website to AirTable. Any advice for me on how to set this up so it could possibly work well and match?
