May I know how the records are created? The automation's trigger is "When record is created", and I'm wondering if the automation is triggering before the email field has been populated. I ve found the misstake, indeed, when i create a record, the automation is running before i ve finished the record, so the mailadres is not filled. I ve changed my workflow, and set a trigger and also there same issue, when i fill out the record completely and then change the trigger the automation runs as set and expected, so the automation works as soon as you hit a " new record" when you set the trigger to that.
resume; as soon as i fill 1st tabel/column the trigger for automation is working? is that correct?

Ahh apologies, I don't really understand, but it seems like you're still facing issues?
If you're not creating the records via a form of some sort, I'd suggest using a checkbox field called "Send email" or something, and the workflow would be:
1. Fill out record
2. Mark the checkbox "Send email"
3. Automation runs and email is sent
Does that make sense?
