Which plan allows me to email non-collaborators?

I’m trying to setup an automation to email someone outside of my organization. I get a message saying that’s not allowed on my plan (Plus) but it doesn’t say what plan will allow this. I just upgraded in order to do this… I don’t want to upgrade again without knowing for sure that the next plan will make this possible.

Hi @Justin_Nassiri

You might have to change the level to Collaborators not Read Only, when you use the share option.

Hope this helps!

Hi, I am on free trial of Pro plan but have the same problem. Do you have any idea of what could be the problem? Thanks, Barbora

Welcome to the Airtable community!

A pro-trial has a few restrictions that a full pro plan does not. To upgrade to a full pro plan before the trial is over, you can contact support.

So, I am in the same boat, but the plan names have changed. Which plan allows for emailing non-collaborators in 2024?
