Hi @Don_Njondanmakal,

This is an automated response, they will still reply to your email (although it might take a day or 2 for that to happen).

As others have pointed out, billing issues can only be handled by Airtable support, and the suggestion to ask in the community is a generic email reply to the initial request. I’m sorry, but nobody in this community forum can help in this situation. You’ll need to wait for further updates from Airtable support via email.

Just wanted to add an update for anyone still facing billing issues from India:
I contacted Airtable support just this week (July 2025) and they still do not have any working solution or workaround for Indian-issued cards failing due to RBI's 3D Secure (2FA) mandate.

It’s honestly shocking and disappointing that this problem was raised by users over two years ago, and yet Airtable hasn’t updated their payment systems to support one of the world’s largest markets. Every other major SaaS platform we use has adapted Airtable continues to offer the same canned response: “Try a foreign-issued card.”

If you're running a business in India, I’d strongly suggest looking for alternatives because clearly, Airtable isn't prioritizing support for Indian users anytime soon.
