I am a beginner and I'm quite overwhelmed with how everything works!😅 The templates I am finding don't seem to help with what I need. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to build a simple airtable base where each staff member on the team can have their own private view to track their overtime hours and where the owner/manager can view them all? We don't actually pay for overtime, instead, we offer time in lieu, so a column that calculated their hours based on whether they worked the overtime on a regular day or statutory holiday is a formula I think I'd like to have in the base. Does anyone have any advice? 🙏
