I am trying to get a sum total of all the hours, demos... Where they can be displayed in an isolated field or additional table. I have tried roll-up and look-up fields into another table with no luck.

+3+4Is the issue that a rollup field (on the Agents/user table) show total by Agent but not overall?
If so, you have a few options off the top of my head:
- Add a dashboard interface or extension with this total
- Add an "All" Agent and link to that; then create a rollup
- Add a new Reporting table that every record on Imported Data links to and rollup data there
