Yes, as ​@Mike_AutomaticN mentioned above, you will need to download the Airtable mobile app to your phones to view interfaces.

If you have an iPad, you can set your iPad’s web browser to display the “desktop site”, and the interface will work there… but on an iPhone, you will need to use the Airtable mobile app.

There’s no public link mobile version of the Record Review layout I’m afraid.  Instead, you could try the Grid or List Interface layouts, or a shared view.  Here’s some links so you can see how they look:
